Ben Godden CeMAP

I began my journey in the mortgage industry in 2004 and achieved my formal CeMAP qualification in 2008. My career has taken me from roles with two major high street lenders to a successful transition into mortgage brokerage with a nationally recognised estate agency, where I spent eight rewarding years. During this time, I progressed into Senior and Executive Consultant roles, before becoming a Manager in 2019.

In 2020, I chose to return to a Consultant role to better balance my professional and family life—a principle that’s at the heart of how I work. This balance has allowed me to remain focused on what matters most: delivering exceptional service tailored to each client’s individual needs.

With over 20 years of experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the mortgage market and a strong belief in the importance of appropriate protection advice. I’m committed to helping clients not just secure their new homes, but to protect and keep them—whatever life may bring.

I live in Sandwich, Kent, and outside of work I’m a motorsport enthusiast, often attending races at Brands Hatch. I also play football for my local Sunday League team and love spending time outdoors with my wife and our three children.
