Since joining the financial services industry in 2024, I have focused on delivering clear guidance, quick responses and a service that always puts my clients first.

Based in London, I support clients across the UK with their mortgage and protection needs and work nationwide via phone and Zoom, providing an efficient and responsive service throughout the entire mortgage journey.

Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, I am particularly passionate about helping Chinese-speaking clients who may feel more comfortable discussing their mortgage options in their native language. Being able to communicate clearly helps ensure my clients feel confident, reassured and fully supported during what can often be a complex process.

Originally from Hong Kong, I understand the challenges that many overseas buyers and foreign national clients may face when navigating the UK mortgage system. I take pride in helping international and Chinese clients understand their options clearly and guiding them through the process in a smooth, transparent and reassuring way.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and I am a huge football fan, proudly supporting Arsenal.

我現居倫敦，為全英國客戶提供按揭及保障（Protection）方面的建議與支援，並可透過電話或 Zoom 與客戶進行會面，讓整個按揭申請過程保持高效率、透明且順暢。

我能流利使用普通話、廣東話及英語，特別樂於協助華人客戶以自己熟悉的語言了解英國按揭制度及可行方案。透過清晰溝通，我希望讓客戶在整個申請過程中都能感到安心、放心，並對每一個決定充滿信心。

我原籍香港，對海外買家及外籍人士在英國申請按揭時可能遇到的挑戰有更深的理解。我很享受協助國際及華人客戶了解自己的選擇，並一步一步帶領他們完成整個按揭流程，讓過程變得簡單、透明而且安心。

工作以外，我喜歡旅遊，同時也是一位熱衷足球的球迷，支持英超球隊阿仙奴。
