We have no set working hours, meaning that all of our consultants are available to their
clients twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We offer a flexible approach to
appointments and ensure that once allocated, your consultant will remain your single point of
contact throughout the entire process.

All our consultants are fully qualified and highly experienced, ensuring you can have great
confidence in the bespoke advice given to you.

In order to ensure completely unbiased advice, which is always in the best interest of our
clients, our consultants are not given sales targets. They are measured only by their

Giving back to our community

Giving back to the local community is an important part of who we are as a firm. Our
marketing is predominantly the sponsorship of local grass-roots sports teams and
community groups of all ages. So far sponsoring over 150 clubs across the UK.

We have never and will never charge fees to NHS staff to say thank you for their work within
the wider community.

A donation of £10 from our earnings is made to one of our three charity partners on each
completed mortgage, selected by our clients. With our chosen charity partners being; PACT
Animal Sanctuary, Nelson’s Journey, and Big C, to whom we’ve donated over £120,000 to
date.

We also plant a tree on completion of every mortgage, so far planting over 10,000 trees.

Our fees

We offer totally free advice up to a full mortgage application being submitted to a lender, at which point our fee is £595. There are no fees payable by NHS staff. All fees once paid are non-refundable, but can be carried forward in the event of a purchase falling through.

For our fee, we will assist you in obtaining the most suitable mortgage available to you, we
can assist in any property negotiations, handle the mortgage application and legal
paperwork and provide full guidance throughout the whole process through to completion
and beyond. We will look to advise and recommend how you can best protect yourself and
your family against unforeseen circumstances. We will also keep in touch to ensure we
review your mortgage well in advance of any deal ending to ensure you remain on the most
suitable mortgage for the full length of your mortgage term. We would look to be your first
point of contact for any questions or financial advice you may need now and in the future.
