The Yellow Brick Mortgages Referral Offer is open to and available to individuals who have been provided with a Yellow Brick Mortgages refer-a-friend offer promotional flier or via survey link email.
All eligible customers will receive via email a link (“the Link”) to an online form (“the Form”) via the Yellow Brick Mortgages Survey via which referrals must be made.The referred client (“the Referred Client”) must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to Yellow Brick Mortgages for this offer before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the party referring the Referred Client (“the Referrer”) and is subject to the Data Protection Act 2018. The Referrer will indemnify Yellow Brick Mortgages for any loss or claim arising from the Referrers failure to procure such consent.
The number of referrals that a Referrer can make is limited to 5.
A Referred Client can only be referred once. In the event that a Referred Client is referred to Yellow Brick Mortgages more than once, only the first Referrer to refer the Referred Client to Yellow Brick Mortgages will be eligible for a referral gift under this offer.
The Referrer will not be eligible to receive any referral gift in the event that the Referred Client has already instructed Yellow Brick Mortgages to arrange a mortgage on their behalf or has already been seen by a Yellow Brick Mortgages advisor in the 4 weeks prior to the date of the referral.
In the event that Yellow Brick Mortgages is (for whatever reason) unable to procure one of the stated referral gifts, the Referrer will receive a substitute gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
Permanent employees and contract and temporary workers working directly for Yellow Brick Mortgages are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme.
Yellow Brick Mortgages has the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
Client Referral
The Referrer is eligible to receive a £50 voucher from either Amazon or Love2Shop (“the Voucher”) if they submit details of a Referred Client via the Form who then instructs Yellow Brick Mortgages to arrange a mortgage.
The Referrer is eligible to receive a £50 voucher from either Amazon or Love2Shop (“the Voucher”) when Yellow Brick Mortgages receives instructions from the Referred Client to arrange a mortgage. This instruction must be received by Yellow Brick Mortgages within 2 years of the date on which the Referrer made the referral via the Link.
Instructions received outside the 2-year period will not generate a Voucher to the Referrer.
