Conveyancing

Conveyancing is an integral part of the home buying or remortgage process – it is conducted by solicitors or registered conveyancers and deals with the legalities of buying a home or in the event of remortgage updating the relevant registers. Many undervalue the importance of getting the right people to do the right job here. There are usual specific timelines to work within which is important within itself, but alongside this knowing that your solicitor has completed all the appropriate checks and searches gives you the peace of mind that there will be no nasty suprises during the transaction or a later date. We believe choice to be important to our clients and can recommend a selection of firms that either fall within the online space with online tracking, or for those who would prefer a local contact and face to face service, we are able to accomodate some of the best solicitors in the area*. We can provide you with a selection of costings, so you can make an informed decision about the service that best suits your needs.

* Conveyancers will be offered both through Openwork conveyancing and a local panel of solicitors, for the local panel of solicitors please note that those products and services promoted here are not part of the Openwork offering and are offered in our own right and those of the firms referred to. Openwork Limited accept no responsibility for this aspect of our business. Conveyancing is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
